Trampoline Park Workout Classes. Every class is a perfect trampoline workout for beginners. Classes are held tuesday thursday at 7 pm and saturday at 9 am.
Trampoline fitness classes are 60 minutes long and combine plyometrics cardio and strength building exercises to create a full body workout that can burn up to 1 000 calories. Open to all ages and suited for all fitness levels. Come break a sweat while having fun.
This 60 minute class will hit every major muscle group legs butt arms abs while you work up a sweat and challenge your balance.
Jumping on a trampoline helps stimulate the lymphatic system to get rid of toxins bacteria and waste from your cells more effectively. Boot camp is a high intensity workout. Boot camp makes use of the entire park. Xtreme trampoline park s 1 hour high impact fitness classes take place every wednesday night from 8pm to 9pm.
